light.iQ Italy - who we are

Light.iQ Italy, founded in 2024 as part of Light.iQ London, brings more than 25 years of experience in lighting design. Specialising in residential, hospitality and retail projects, it offers tailor-made solutions for interiors and exteriors. As an independent consultant, it guarantees maximum freedom in the choice of products, ensuring customised solutions for every project.

At the helm of Light.iQ Italy is Carolina Tuillier, Senior Lighting Designer and Director of the Genoa-based studio. With a degree in Architecture from the University of Genoa and a Master in Lighting Design and LED Technology from the Politecnico di Milano, Carolina gained international experience in major lighting projects. After completing her Master’s degree, Carolina continued her career in London, where she worked as a Lighting Design Consultant on lighting projects for luxury hotels and exclusive residences for six years. Some of her most recent projects include the Broadwick Street Hotel in Soho, the St Pancras Booking Office, the Chateau Denmark and the Pur restaurant in Paris. In 2024, Carolina founded Light.iQ Italy, part of the Light.iQ London group, with the aim of consolidating the brand’s presence in Europe.
