Broadwick Street Hotel – Soho, London

Located in the heart of London's vibrant Soho district, the Broadwick Street Hotel is a 57-room luxury boutique hotel designed by the prestigious interior design studio MBDS to embody the essence of this iconic area.
The project, realised in collaboration with Light.iQ London, aimed to create an atmosphere that combines glamour and comfort, inspired by Soho's eclectic aesthetic and the international influences that characterise the hotel's design.

The aim of the project was to transform every corner of the hotel into a visual experience, while maintaining a balance between contemporary opulence and the historic charm of Soho.

Particular attention was given to the lighting, which had to not only emphasise the architectural and decorative elements, but also create an intimate and welcoming environment for guests.

The collaboration with Light.iQ led to the creation of a tailor-made lighting system that enhances the richness of materials and textures. Common areas, such as the Dear Jackie restaurant and the Flute bar, have been illuminated to enhance the luxurious décor and the vibrant energy of the interior design.

Murano lighting and glamorous details, such as red silk walls and decorative mirrors, are highlighted by warm, enveloping lighting, creating a cosy, intimate atmosphere. The rooftop terrace and outdoor areas have been illuminated to enhance the breathtaking view of Soho and provide a unique experience for visitors.

The result is a hotel that perfectly captures the soul of Soho, combining the neighbourhood's gritty charm with an elegant and refined aesthetic.

Lighting plays a key role in creating spaces that are both bold and comfortable, where every detail is taken care of to provide an unforgettable experience for guests.
